Ryann has been immersed in real estate from a young age. Helping building houses, to renovating and doing real estate related paper work for her father Duane.

After working part time the last two years for Advantage Real Estate, Ryann obtained her residential REALTOR®’s license while completing her first year of university. She is excited to be the third agent within “Team Braaten”, which is committed to helping clients list and sell their property effectively and at top market value.
